The Rockettes

Saturday night Aaron and I had the opportunity to see The Radio City Music Hall's Rockettes Christmas Spectacular. It was an amazing show. It truly was spectacular. We had front row seats and could see every single detail of the stage and performers. We loved it!
One section of the show they did a Nutcracker ballet with Teddy Bear characters. It was so cute and funny.
This was one of my favorite parts of the show. I don't know how they were able to fall like this in slow motion. It was incredible.
Here are the Rockettes as Rag dolls at Santa's toyshop. It was fun sitting in the front row, but sometimes it was a little intimidating when you felt like one of the performers were looking right at you.
They also did a Nativity scene. It was very somber and moving. A great performance and it helped you reflect on what is truly important in life.

Aaron and I loved the show. We want to make it a tradition to see it each year. We were very impressed with the performance. After the show I was looking at the souvenirs and met a Rockette. I visited with her a little bit and I was so excited I told Aaron all about meeting her. He just laughed at me, but I had a great time.

Unfortunately you couldn't take pictures in there so I copied these off of The Rockettes website. It was a great time and I would strongly recommend it to everyone.

Andrea, I'm so glad that you had a good time, I've seen advertisements for it a couple of years now and thought it was a bunch of girls who lined up in Santa suits doing the Can Can, but hey, if Andrea totally recommends seeing it I just may consider taking myself and the kids next year. How did you land front row seats and how much did that cost?
Thanks for sharing
