Armstrong and Precious had quite the fun time this afternoon. I had to run a bunch of errands today so they were in the car for quite a long time. As a reward they got a doggie biscuit from the bakery today and then I took them out to the field after work. As soon as we got to the field Precious ran off to chase rabbits. We have had so many emerging lately so the dogs love to chase them. Actually Armstrong rarely takes interest in chasing other animals, but today was different. There was a rabbit sitting on the other side of the fence and Armstrong sniffed it out, but couldn't see it. I watched him and so did the rabbit, then the rabbit decided to take off. Armstrong actually chased him around the fence, then the rabbit decided to come in the field and Armstrong was right on his tail. I've never seen our little chubby boy run sooo fast. He was so excited to chase the rabbit and that rabbit was fast. He probably would have caught it if a tumble weed hadn't caught Armstrong first. It was so much fun to watch the two dogs chase rabbits today, the perfect way to relax at the end of the work day.

that's awesome! I will have to take them hunting sometime so they can sniff them out.. just make sure they don't eat the chickens! I know they are colorful and look like giant candies, but they are for us to eat and eggs.. :)
