The Youngest Snowbirds...

This year we are trying something different, with the most recent downturn in the economy and just a general desire for year round living, change of scenery, ect we have decided to move to Tucson. Andrea has been interviewing with Raytheon and was offered a job in their Finance Dept. as a Cost Estimator. Since the White Mountain's real estate market is seasonal this works out perfect for Aaron and he will now focus on Tucson real estate during their peak season which is in the winter time and expand AZ PanoVision to the metro markets. Aaron is planning on living a majority of the Summers in the White Mountains and a majority of the Winter in Tucson. It will be nice to be able to ride his bikes, motorcycles and hike year round while still having a place in the mountains to go ski and play in the snow we are excited. Below are some pics of our Tucson adventure leading up to this change. The movers are coming next weekend and Andrea starts Oct. 6th so wish her luck!
Here is Andrea before her interviewing event at the La Paloma, the interviews were a three step process, first she toured the plant, then a social diner interaction with the managers she was interviewing with, then three interveiws the next day, she was offered all three jobs...isn't she amazing!!!
Here is the house we are renting, it is located in the North East Valley near Udall Park and Sabino Canyon, it has a big yard for the dogs and a three car garage for all of Aaron's toys, he likes this location because it is close to all the great Tucson Road Riding and Mountain Biking. Andrea like the location because it is close to the mall, the fabric and quilt store and this is a nice change from the mountains...

Very well written! Congratulations Andrea on the three job offers. I am sure you will give them your very best. We will miss having you in Show Low! Your new place seems like a nice one - if we can help in any way let us know. Sabino Canyon is really beautiful! You'll have to look up the High family. Can't wait to have you closer!!
