Today one of our hens laid her first egg. We were so excited! It's been 4 1/2 months of taking care of the chickens and raising them and now it is starting to pay off in eggs. Since it is the first one, it is rather small, but they will get bigger and this means the other hens should start laying soon too! I'm not sure which one laid it, but I am sure proud of her! I went out this morning to refill their beds with hay and feed them and there was the egg on the ground. I had to run in and show it to Aaron right away!

How fun eggs! My Father in law has chickens and Tannon loves going over there and getting the eggs for him. I am due March 26th and we are very excited. So your mom was over this weekend and she was telling us you are moving home, how exciting.
