2 Weeks ago Aaron's brother Michael and his family came to Tucson to visit. We had a great time with them while they were here. One activity Aaron and Michael decided to do was make cheese.

The curds ready to be drained and put in the cheese mold. I didn't get a shot of the finished product, but they ended up with 5 lbs of cheese and it cost around $3 to make all of it.
Michael and Hunter were pretty tired after the process.
